The state of Ohio will legalize sports betting on January 1, 2023. When that day arrives, Ohio sports gamblers will finally be allowed to legally wager on their favorite sports teams.
Included on the list of Ohio sportsbooks launching at Midnight on New Year’s Day is DraftKings Sportsbook Ohio. DraftKings Ohio has recently earned the Ohio Casino Control Commission’s conditional approval to begin on January 1, 2023. In addition to a sports betting app, DraftKings Ohio Sportsbook is anticipated at Hollywood Casino Toledo.

As previously stated, DraftKings Ohio was one of eighteen sportsbooks authorized to release a betting app on January 1, 2023.
