MGM Resorts International, through its subsidiary LeoVegas, has entered into an agreement to purchase online casino developer Push Gaming.
This is MGM’s first major investment since spring 2022 when the holding acquired LeoVegas for $607 million to enter the European market.

Push Gaming boasts more than 30 online casino titles such as Razor Shark, Wild Swarm, Big Bamboo, Jammin’ Jars, and others. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
