The German national basketball team sensationally defeated the USA and advanced to the final of the World Championship.
The German basketball players won the semifinal with a score of 113:111 (33:31, 26:29, 35:24, 19:27).
In the final, on September 10th, Germany will play against Serbia, which won against Canada (95:86) in the other semifinal.
The USA and Canada national teams will meet in the match for third place.
The World Championship is taking place simultaneously in three countries: Indonesia, Japan, and the Philippines.
